She is passionate about helping girls and women to navigate through challenging transitions, understand their emotions and relationships and learn how to identify and use coping strategies for anxiety and depression.

Lauren lives in Warrenton with her husband, her two dogs and kitten. On the weekends she enjoys exploring local businesses, reading, camping and spending time with her family.
